Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. For out-of-stock items an email with information will be sent.
Please note that the shipping times below are estimated and apply only to deliveries made within the contiguous US. Transit time may vary for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other destinations outside of the contiguous US. Shipments may see an extended delay following a sale or other unexpected conditions.

Pick up your online selections in person at select stores. When you find an item you’d like to purchase select Local Pickup for the desired location. Most items should be available for pickup within 48 hours after your order is placed. You will receive a notification phone call and or text when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification phone call and or text OR call and verify it is there ready for pickup before heading to the store.
Once ready for pickup, your order will be held for 30 days. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be cancelled, and your method of payment will be refunded. We will give you a reminder call before refunding. If you would like to request a 24-hour extension and pick up your order after the 30 days, please contact us before the order is refunded.

If an item or items are cancelled from your order for any reason, you will be notified via email and or phone call and your method of payment will be refunded.
Route Shipping Insurance
Q: Why is it added automatically to my shopping cart?
A: The route shipping insurance is automatically added to your shopping cart because it protects your order after it leaves our facility.
If the package is stolen, damaged, or lost you are able to get a full refund if you purchase the insurance through Route. They refund the cost of the item alone, not shipping fees.
If the package is not delivered, you must file a claim within 15 days after it was marked delivered to get a refund.
If the package is lost, you have 30 days to file a claim from the lost tracking date. If the package is stolen, you must file a claim within 15 days after the package was marked delivered.
